Tim has been in the waste/recycling industry for over 10 years. His knowledge and experience in the industry has come from a strong hands-on approach, which has given him an excellent reputation amongst his peers, partners and clients.
Prior to establishing FRG, Tim was in Operations/Facilities Management for a California based organization.
Tim's efforts are multi-focused, with time spent on corporate development, daily business operations, sales and client support. He is a creative leader and works closely with all his clients.
Rhonda Fillion - Vice President/CFO
Rhonda's background captures successes in both sales and finance. Rhonda came directly to FRG from a global logistics company.
Her responsibilities include overall financial operations of FRG and each of it's subsidiaries. She has a strong influence over the direction of the company and new corporate developments.
Jim Parks - Service Manager (Bay Area Industrial Service)
Jim's experience spans a multitude of compaction units as well as other types of equipment. His expertise in hydraulics, electrical and other related areas are important skills he brings to the organization.
Jim directs our crew of service technicians within FRG's equipment service and maintenance division. He is responsible for maintaining equipment, monitoring the work of the crew and running day-to-day operations of our part/service department.
